Minimum order: 300 euros

Prices in euros are based on the Swedish krona at the current exchange rate (typically around 11.25). The currency will be adjusted for changes over 1-2%, and the current prices can be viewed in the web order and on the order confirmation.

PAYMENT:

First order is prepaid; subsequent orders are on a 30-day net term basis, after being subject to an approved credit check.

Late payment interest: 15%.

By placing an order, you accept our sales terms.

SHIPPING:

Shipping costs are 6% of the invoice amount.

All goods are insured by our carrier. Any damages should be noted immediately on the delivery note and reported directly to the carrier.

DELIVERY TIME:

We normally dispatch your order within 1-3 working days, depending on the workload and number of orders received.

BACKORDERED ITEMS:

We do not use backorder; please re-order.

OTHER INFORMATION:

Any discrepancies must be reported within 8 days.

Delivered goods remain our property until full payment is received.

Monday-Thursday 08:00-12:00 & 13:00-16:00

Friday 08:00-12:00 & 13:00-15:00 (Weeks 26-32, we close at 15:00 every day)
